By downloading, installing, or using the Ansel application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service
Ansel is a faith-based mobile application designed to support individuals seeking freedom from pornography through devotional content, accountability tools, and spiritual resources. The App is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

3. User Accounts
Ansel does not currently require you to create an account to use the App. If we introduce accounts or cloud-based features in the future, we will update these Terms and provide notice in the App.

4. Subscription and Payments
Ansel may offer subscription-based access to premium features. If you purchase a subscription, it is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.
Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store through which you made your purchase.

5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Attempt to bypass access controls or share paid access with others
• Upload harmful content or engage in abusive behavior
• Interfere with the operation of the App

6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Ansel and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. The spiritual and devotional content is provided for informational purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ansel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Health Disclaimer
Ansel is not a healthcare provider. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing mental health issues, addiction, or other health concerns, please seek help from a qualified healthcare professional.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
